At our store, we offer an appointment only basis; we set aside specific time slots for when you book your appointment. So it's very important to communicate with us if you'll be late or need to reschedule.
How full your lashes appear at the end of your session will also take into consideration how many natural eyelashes you have.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
Please give us a 24hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to give us a heads up or do not show, you will forfeit your deposit.
LATE POLICIES
If you arrive late, we can still accommodate you, but please understand your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full amount for that session. Being on time and having clean eyelashes will maximize your time with us. However, if you are going to be over 30mins. late to your appointment, we reserve the right to completely cancel the appointment to keep the flow of the day.
REFUNDS
We do not offer full refunds on services or deposits. We do, however, offer a guarantee on our services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher/credit for another service.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
REFILLS FROM ANOTHER SHOP
If you are a new client with us, we do not perform refill services on work that was done outside of our shop. We will remove your current eyelash extensions before applying a new set. We prefer to start fresh and to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives/materials from another shop.
